  • Hey guys!! The coast is clear.
  • Alright! Lets go in!
  • Steve gets arrested
  • Come with us Steve. We have some questions for you.
  • I wonder if this is on the robbery.
  • But what did he do!
  • Steve stays in a detention center
  • The best time to cry is at night.
  • Steve Harmon went into the drug store to look for police and since there were none Steve told James King and BoBo that the coast was clear.
  • Steve, James, and BoBo in court
  • Keep leading Mrs. Petrocelli.
  • While Steve was at home minding his business the police came and knock on his door and arrested him for the murder of Mr. Nesbitt, the store owner.
  • Steve's parents visit
  • Not to good.
  • Hi Steve, how are you doing.
  • After talking with the police about the murder the police think that they have their first suspect which is Steve. Steve must stay in jail until the court date.
  • Steve is NOT guilty
  • Steve Harmon, the jury has decided that you are found not guilty for the murder of Mr. Nesbitt. James King, you are found guilty for the murder of Mr. Nesbitt. You are facing 25 years to life in prison.
  • Bobo claims that the only reason why he did the robbery was because he thought if he didn't Steve and James would beat him up. Steve claims that he was just a lookout and that was it. An old lady in the store at the time claims it was James did the murder.
  • So Bobo, were you in fact involved in the robbery that happened on December 23rd.
  • What is your testimony
  • I was there, so I guess so.
  • Steve's parents and little brother came to visit and check on him while he was at jail. In the book Steve quotes, " I never seen my father cry like that. It wasn't like a man should cry, everything was just pouring out".
  • You okay dad.
  • The jury has looked over the case and had decided that the murder of Mr. Nesbitt did not involve Steve Harmon. Unfortunately the jury did point out the James king is the one who pulled the trigger on that day and the judge decided to give him life in prison.
