- The Wars of the Cross were fights including Muslims, Christians and Jews. They fought becausethey all wanted Jerusalem in their control.

- Crusaders were people who went on journeys, to spread Christianity and fight for the Holy Land (Jerusalem) for various reasons.
- We're Crusaders
- Castles after 1066 changed.They were a development from Motte and Bailey castles, with the difference being that they were made with stone and were taller.

- Old English was the language used by ordinary people in the middle ages, it became unimportant, after William the Conquerortook control of Britain. Old English was made up of, Anglo-Saxon, Latin and Norse. Peasantsspoke it, and it turnedinto English.

- Rich people in the Middle Ages would go to tournamentsa lot. They mainly went for entertainments. there were many events, like Jousting, Sword fighting and others.
