- ONE DAY....
- I am so excited! After the rain, the crops will get watered and they will flourish!
- Then I will sell them to get money, enough to provide for my needs. Thank you so much, God, for this shower of rain.
- But that night, there was a hailstorm which destroyed all crops.
- I am ruined. How will I survive now> There are no crops left for me to sell.
- Lencho trusted blindly in God and therefore wrote a letter asking for help.
- I believe that God is the only one who can help me. I hope he finds my request asking for a 100 pesos to survive this year.
- A KIND POSTMAN COMES ACROSS THE LETTER.
- What an innocent man he is. I wouldn't want to break his trust in God so I will fulfill his wish in the name of God.
- THE KIND POSTMAN MANAGES TO COLLECT 70 PESOS AND SENDS THEM OVER AT LENCHO'S ADDRESS
- I wasn't able to give him the amount he had asked for but I am sure he would be glad to get a reply.
- UPON FINDING THE 70 PESOS, INSTEAD OF GETTING ANGRY, LENCHO GETS OVERJOYED AND HIS FAITH IN GOD INCREASES. HE IS VERY THANKFUL.
- I have written another letter to God thanking him for his mercy. Maybe He will give me the remaining 30 pesos in another way but for now, 70 pesos is more than enough.
