When Mr.Goodman's car started on its own and everyone in the neighborhood thought Mr.Goodman was an alien or a monster.
Theme: Don´t jump to conclusion
This is when Don and Charlie accuse Steve of being a monster because we works on a radio set and they think he talks to aliens in space.
Steve admits to everyone ¨eating each other alive¨ because they are accusing people of things they are not apart of.
From the teleplay " by rod sterling the monsters are due on maple street" by rod sterling the main theme is dont jump to conclusions. These all support my theme because these scenes show one person or a group of people accusing other neighbors of being aliens and for turning off the power. And this shows how much people were ¨eating each other alive¨.This also shows how very little trust these people had in each other. My evidence also supports my theme because in all three evidence boxes there is someone framing/blaming/accusing someone of something they most likely didn't do. And in the third evidence box it supports my theme because Steve realizes what everyone became after they jumped to a lot of conclusions. Plus who listens to a little kid. Even though he was right in the end. Anyways this brought me to the conclusion to not jump to conclusions.
