- Leon's wife named Maria who looks lovely and tall stepped down to the Carretela of Ca Celin and got introduced to Leon's brother Baldo who's thinking if their father will like his brother's wife and if she can survive in the barrio.
- Denouement
- They took the Waig rather than Camino Real as he was told by their father to go by Waig because they were trying to test Maria's attitude and the way she handles the situation.
- Resolution
- When they arrived at their house; Leon brought home Maria as his wife and introduced her to his mother and sister Aurelia, and especially to his father, hoping they would accept and like her for him.
- Baldo went upstairs to his father, and he was asked by his father about Maria and her attitude on their way home. But, Maria passed the challenge or test without her knowing that Leon's father gave her just to prove that she is worth it for Leon as his wife.
- Afterward, Leon and his wife Maria came in and Baldo was told by his father to water Labang. And when he passed by, he looked to Maria who he describes as lovely and tall.
