The Creation Story Genesis 1.1-2.4 By Sarah Gyryluk 7C
And let the light be called day and the dark be called Night
Let there be light. And let the light separate from the dark
Let there be a dome that separates the waters from waters and let the dome above be called sky
Let dry land appear and it shall be called Earth. And let the Earth be covered with vegetation and let the trees bear fruit and the fruit bear seeds.
Let there be lights in the sky and let them be for seasons, years and signs. And let the lights shine upon the earth for all creation to see
Let there be creatures who can move through the water and others who can fly through the dome of sky
Let the Earth bring forth crawling creatures of every kind who creep on the Earth's surface
And finally let there be humankind in my image who will dominate over all of my creation
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all their multitude. And on the seventh day God finished the work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all the work that he had done. So God blessed the seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all the work that he had done in creation.
