  • describes total wellness as, "a balance between the mind, body and soul that results in a state of overall well-being." meaning that total wellness is result of a other things that will help you live a stress free live. Some people dedicate their whole lives to achieving total wellness, but the results are worth it. Total wellness is the result of 3 things:1. Social wellness2. Emotional wellness3. Physical wellnessHaving all of these things equates to total wellness, and a better life style.
  • Social wellness refers to the relationships you build and how you act around others. In order to achieve social wellness, you need to build supportive relationships and foster a genuine connection with those around you. Emotional wellness refers to how you are mentally, and revolves around your ability to manage stress while staying mentally healthy and striving for emotional stability. Physical wellness revolves around your physical body and you being able to keep your body healthy despite constant changing environments . If you follow these guidelines you will develop wellness in a while but it will benefit you. Keep striving.
