I realized that I have been really stressed lately. I need to reduce my stress so that I can enjoy my life!
Ways to reduce stress: * Color or draw in a nice quiet place. *listen to music that you enjoy, whether it be while folding laundry or taking a shower. *Talk to people that you trust, someone that you are close to.
I am going to listen to music everyday that will help me reduce my stress. I am also going to be talking with people that I trust, and I will take a nap if I have time.
My parents and my close friends support me and will help me relieve some of my stress. They also are helping me find ways to get more sleep.
Now that I have reduced my stress and I have gotten more sleep! I also have had my friends help me and now we are much closer!
I am glad that I made this goal. This has really changed my life
