Walter Cunningham made Scout start off on the wrong foot on the first day of school.

Dill and Jem get caught for messing with Boo Radley by Atticus, while Scout was telling them not to do it, being more mature than her own brother.
Jem and Scout both find a hidden knot hole in a tree containing several different items each day they would look into the hole. Later on they found out that Boo Radley was the one leaving the items inside the hole for them, having a little different perspective on Boo Radley.
Deadly One Shot
When Miss Maudie's house burns down, Scout and Jem are too distracted by the fire that Boo Radley comes behind them and gives Scout a blanket when watching the fire. Later on they realized the blanket was there by Atticus and now know that Boo Radley are doing these kind things for them.
When Francis calls Scout's father a very disgusting name, she beats Francis's up because she knew it was a bad thing. She then get in trouble by Uncle Jack, saying Uncle Jack is unfair and he wouldn't listen to her side of the story. She also didn't want Uncle Jack to tell Atticus because she wasn't able to keep her fists down for him.
Jem and Scout were amazed when their father, Atticus, shot Tim Johnson the rabid dog with one shot even though he is nearly blind in the left eye. They later on learn that his nickname was, "One-shot Finch", and now they think their father is not such a boring person after all.
