Storyboard Text

  • Then I will sue Madison! If he won't give me my job that President Adams gave me.
  • I told you, he is very busy and cannot be disturbed.
  • But judiciary act of 1781...
  • It says in Article III Section II of the Constitution that he cannot do this.
  • So Marbury ended up suing Madison and it led to this.
  • So the act of judicial review was made by John Marshall, chief justice of the supreme court. This whole thing was called Marbury v. Madison and it was based around what happened in Marbury v. Madison. I hope you liked it :) PS. I could have made it way longer if it wasn't for the limit, sorry :(
  • The Constitution of course.
  • *sigh* which is more important, the Constitution or that Act?
  • Alright. What shall we call this? Judicial Review?
  • Exactly! So this act is unconstitutional. Marbury shall not get his job.
  • Yay!
  • Yes! The suggestion of whether a law is Constitutional or not!
