Storyboard Text

  • There is just so much heat radiating of those flames, I need to get out of here.
  • That cave was crazy, I have no idea what was happening in there. I was gonna make a grilled cheese before I left and I don't remember if I turned the stove on... OW MOST DEFIANTLY ON!
  • Maybe I should just go swimming to burn (no pun intended) off some stress.
  • Radiation is a type of heat transfer that does not require contact to transfer.
  • The water is colder the farther down I go in the water, maybe it has something to do with currents.
  • Conduction is a type of heat transfer that is transferred through direct contact.
  • Ah that was a good swim, the roads warm, I wonder is the sun causing this?
  • Man the atmosphere out here is so nice today, I wonder what causes this?
  • This is an example of convection, as the hot water rise the cold water sinks.
  • The road top is an example of conduction and radiation, the electromagnetic waves hit the road and warm it and when someone steps on the road it warms their foot.
  • The Earths atmosphere is another example of convection, while the hot air rises the cold air sinks.
