Storyboard Text

  • Macbeth's chair is at the top and further away from everyone else to symbolise that he is better than everyone.
  • Banquo's ghost is a manifestation of Macbeth's guilt and fear. Macbeth's hallucinations indicate that he is mentally unstable and the murders have irreparably damaged his mind and soul.
  • The red in the background and in Macbeth and Lady Macbeth's clothes symbolizes the blood they have spilled.White clothes of the guests and the ghost represent their purity.
  • The red colour of the room and the dark coloured clothes of Lady Macbeth and Macbeth symbolizes how they have gone down a bad path.
  • The strings above Macbeth attached to the three witches symbolize how they control Macbeth.The dagger with the blood on it symbolizes Macbeth Killing King Duncan.
