  • Imagine one day being sent to the death penalty for a crime that you had nothing to do with. Many people believe that the death penalty is only to people that have done something as bad all the way up to capital punishment. But many people get the death penalty when it was not them who did the crime. Many people have passed away without committing a crime and not being able to put there input in. It does not stop people from still killing others.
  • Conclusion
  • the independent clause has been the cause for most of the deaths while the capital punishment has still been in the law. The dependent variable would be for all of the murders that have happened in the time if this crisis. 41.7 percent black, 43.1 percent are white, 12.6 percent Latino.
  • The death penalty is applied at random. The death penalty is a lethal lottery of the 15,000 to 17,000 homicides committed every year in the United States, approximately 120 people are sentenced to death, less than 1%. Capital punishment goes against almost every religion. many of the death penalty happened to the minority because they were a non-white race.
  • The death penalty has been a controversial issue for many years. It was established centuries ago and has been accepted by society. It was put into place to punish those who had committed an offense against laws of the institution that was in place at the time. Within our society the death penalty has been associated with several symbols.
