Social Studies- Paleolithic vs. Neolithic
This storyboard does not have a description.
People in the Paleolithic era were nomadic (they didn't settle down permanently) and lived in small groups.
People who lived during this era were hunter-gatherers. Men often hunted for food and women picked berries and nuts for food as well.
Since people lived a nomadic lifestyle in the old stone age, they lived in caves and huts.
During the Neolithic era, people started to live in larger groups and settled down permanently.
In the Neolithic era, people started farming and depending on agriculture for food. But even after this, sometimes they would still hunt for food or gather berries if crops didn't work out.
Since early humans decided to settle down, they lived in houses made of bricks and timber
