Storyboard Text

  • Beginning In 1856, a kid name Aarav was born. He was born into a free ununited India. His father was a Sepoy and his mother took care of him. Everything was peaceful.
  • The Battle His father was forced to protect his family and village from intruders. His son and wife knew that there was chance he wouldn't come back, but he had to do it in order to keep his village from burning.
  • The Battle The British attacked India because they saw an economic opportunity. They recognized India's weakness of being separated and ununited.
  • The Battle Sepoys revolted against the British because of the harsh rules and the monarchy that they will be forced under. They wanted to be free, not slaves.
  • The Battle The British attacked villages and killed Indians for revolting. They forced unfair rules and made Sepoys work for them. While Aarav and his mom made it, his father did not.
  • Changes The British implemented Western culture and ideas. The key part of taking over India was for economical growth. Aarav was sent to school with only his mom to care for him.
