New Jersey wants to have 2 votes per state
But Virginia wants votes based on population!
They finally agreed and decided that there would be two houses. The Senate would consist of 2 delegates from each state and the House of Representatives would have delegates based on a states population.
Okay as long as New Jersey has a say...
We could call them the House and Senate!
So the leaders of new America had survived their first meeting as the delegates, but would these laws hold? Or would the new nation crumble?
