I’m William reporting from Good Morning New Hampshire, todays date is May 5th, 1816. Trustees of Dartmouth college are suing the New Hampshire legislature for attempting to interfere with a contract between to private
We have decided, in a vote of 5-1, that New Hampshire has no Constitutionally defended right to refute the contract of Dartmouth College. And let this set a precedent not set
In 1769 King George 111 granted us a charter stating we could open a private institution of education. Therefore, the legislature has no right meddling in our business. We have the receipts right here. In the Fletcher case the Supreme Court ruled that the state legislature could not negate private contracts
Those receipts are fake news! They came from the monarch George, they have no relevance in our new nation! The College should be a State University!
