  • Hello, my name is Abby and today we will be talking about DNA Replication.
  • Hi my name is DNA, and I am the genetic code stored inside your cells.
  • And my name is Helicase, I am the enzyme that unwinds the DNA into a leading and lagging strand.
  • Topoisomerase relieves over winding strand of replication forks by breaking, swiveling and rejoining DNA strands.
  • DNA GROCERY STORE: With lots of enzymes that help you replicate.
  • DNA polymerase runs through the single strand of DNA and it adds complementary nucleotide bases.
  • Ligase bonds together the okazaki fragments
  • Finally, the leading strand goes to the replication fork and it continuously adds bases. the blagging strand goes to the opposite way and uses RNA primase to allow DNA polymerase in and make bases to joining to make okazaki fragments. Now I am replicated.
