• Ok now tell me how you planned it
• Ok these are the calculations that i made
• Imagine that the place where I'm going to jump from and the wall is a triangle.  I measured the wall and found out that it is 4  meters long and the only possible way to make it over the wall is if I jump at an angle of 30. If I make the calculations I would find that in order to find the distance of how long I'm going to jump diagonally (hypothenus) I need to use the sine.

• The sine rule says that I need to divide the opposite by the hypothenus so by doing that I can know how long my jump will be.  therefore the equation will say:  SIN 30= 4/X  This equals to 0.5=4/X  = 0.5x=4 =x=4/0.5 x=8

• but how do u know what distance you will jump from
• that's easy, I used cosine to find the adjacent or otherwise known as the lower arm of the angle

• The cosine rule says that I need to divide the adjacent with the hypothenus therefore by doing that  I can find how long the distance between me and the wall is. The cosine rule says:  Cosin 30= X/8  0.8=x/8 X=8x0.8 x=6.4

• Now that I know all the sides of the triangle. I want to find the angle and make sure it is correct so by using the sine rule to find the angle. the rule says. Sinθ = 4/8 Sin θ=0.5  θ=30
