There are a couple ways to go about closing sales
Which Close : If a customer is choosing between two products, help them make a choice
20%OFF
Standing Room Only Close: Used when there is little product or when a price is going up. A high pressure buying situation.
Direct Sale: When youcan tell a customer is sure, ask them to come to the register to check out.
Service Close: Telling customer about other services, like discounts or gift wrapping, that will make the customer want to buy

Suggestion Selling is selling additional good to the customer

Additional Selling can include1. Offering Related Merchandise2. Recommending Larger Quantities3. Calling Attention to Sale Opportunities.
