Storyboard Text

  • Atticus notices that Scout has a blanket that does not belong to them. Scout comes to the realization that Boo Radley most likely gave her the blanket and I think it made her think of him differently.
  • Whose blanket is that?
  • Chapter 8
  • Atticus, I don't know sir.
  • Scout's a cow--ard!
  • Chapter 9
  • Cecil Jacobs says something bad about Atticus and when Scout tells him to take it back, he doesn't. Scout then walks away and Cecil calls her a coward. Scout was not going to fight him because she knew it would disappoint Atticus and he was going through a lot and he needed her on her best behavior. I also think she started to realize it wasn't worth it.
  • Atticus and Jack are talking about the whole trial situation and how it will affect Scout and Jem. Scout hides and listens to the conversation not knowing what to make of it now, but she understood it later on.
  • Chapter 9
  • Jean Louise? ... Go to bed.
