  • I asked for Sodium, not Hydroxide!
  • Sorry, sir!
  • Yes, sir.
  • Whatever you do, do NOT touch the chemicals, they could be deadly.
  • 12th January, 1862At the Rochester Laboratory in London, Dr. Horace Winningham, a successful, well-respected scientist, is throwing around different chemicals in hopes of making a scientific breakthrough. His ambitious assistant, Perkins, is at hand.
  • Even though Dr. Winningham is a good man at heart, stress can sometimes make him very demanding and strict.
  • After days and nights of endless experiments, Dr. Winningham finally finds a combination that looks intriguing. However as he does not remember what order he mixed the chemicals in! Dismayed and fiery hot with anger, he leaves the building to have a walk and try to retrace his steps.
  • However, unable to take another order from his employer, Perkins waited until the second Dr. Winningham stepped out of the door, before grabbing the bottle, and drinking the entire contents.
  • Immediately, the effects of Dr. Winningham's anonymous creation took place. The face of the nerve-shot John Perkins began changing. Changing into something so horrible that someone would go mad looking at it.The body of John Perkins was now a monster.
  • Later in the evening, Dr. Winnigham made his way back to the same building where, just hours ago, he had unwittingly unleashed on of the most evil beings on earth.
