  • Running is better! Not only does it burn calories, strengthen your joints and muscles, and generally boost your fitness, but it's also a good way to burn calories and increase your stamina.
  • Playing baseball is a great full-body cardiovascular workout. Baseball strengthens the muscles of the heart, arms, and legs, and improves hand-eye coordination.
  • Basketball provides an excellent full-body workout and can help develop useful, lean muscle. Playing good defensive basketball can develop your deltoids, traps, neck, lower back and core muscles.
  • Physical education in high school is essential to the development of motor skills and the enhancement of reflexes. It is such a vital class to our growth as people and individuals.
