Ben went to Boston Latin School from the age of 8 to the age of 9. After, he attended George Brownwell's English School. At the age of 10, however, he dropped out of school and educated himself.
In 1732, Ben published Poor Richard's Almanac. It included crosswords, the weather forecast, and more.

In 1752, Ben conducted his world-famous lightning experiment. Using a kite, he managed to contain lightning in a small container and prove that it was related to electricity. It was an amazing feat at the time.
