  • Evidence 1: Charlie kills Pete Van Horn
  • Theme:Mankind is our own worst enemy
  • Evidence 2: They started to blame each other and  presumable start to kill each other or fatally injure each other.
  • Evidence 3: Figure one is telling Figure two that all they had to do is turn off some electronics,Before the humans turn on each other.
  • One Major theme of "Monster are due on Maple street" is that fear leads to destruction . One piece of evidence that supports this theme is when Charlie killed Pete Van horn. This is a piece of evidence because it show how humans are quick to kill each other,Even without evidence on who it is. Another reason was when they started to blame each other,But this evidence because it shows how humans do not find reason but resorts to violence.  And the last evidence shows how unreasonable humans are. It also shows how humans are unreasonable and and easily  turn on each with out finding reason. Theses three evidence shows the theme in "Monsters are due on Maple Street" is mankind is our own worst enemy.
