Rumble Fish Aliza Lokey
A common theme for Rumble Fish is, life isn't fair.
Rusty's mom left him, Motorcycle Boy, and his dad when Rusty was two, Rusty's dad is an alcoholic, and Rusty never has much food.
Steve and Motorcycle Boy are Rusty's closest relationships and when they are gone he falls apart.
Another theme for Rumble Fish is, close relationships are everything.
He was upset because of his situation at home with his dad.
When Steve said, "Got any more wine?" it showed that he was upset and just looking for a good time.
When Motorcycle Boy robbed the pet store without even thinking, it showed that he was brave and didn't care.
Overall, I really liked the book and I think it was always exciting and something was always happening.
One thing that I would change, is that I wish the book would be longer. I feel like I could've understood it better then.
