There once was a very old, wise pig that spoke of rebellion that inspired the hearts of the farm animals, but he died and as did the inspiration.
But two of his "disciples", Snowball and Napoleon, decided to lead on his image. They led the farm to rebellion, where they kicked out the farmer.
Napoleon and Snowball led meetings about plans for the future; they often opposed each other because of their conflicting views.
In the stormy night, the windmill fell down, so Napoleon instructed them to rebuild for it it to fall down again in a different storm. He then told them rebuild it again, which they could not.
Local farmers around the area conspired against the self- run farm for fear that their animals would gain inspiration and rebel like they did. They engaged in war, which Napoleon had they other animals fight in, claimed he fought alongside Boxer, built himself a statue, claimed Snowball was still helping them, and where Boxer got injured. Boxer was too badly injured, so Napoleon, secretly, sent Boxer off to the glue factory.
While the other animals worked hard without many breaks ,by Napoleon's instructions, and slept on the ground, Napoleon used forbidden electricity, drank forbidden alcohol, and slept the forbidden bed.
