Newton's second law of motion states that the lesser the mass of the object, the lesser amount of force necessary for acceleration, and vice versa for a greater mass.

Why is the lady talking like that?
Say you have a baseball, and you drop it. The baseball hitting the floor, causing a downward force. This is the action.
The floor reacts by pushing the ball back with the same force, but in the opposite direction.
