  • Sampson and Gregory are fighting in the street. and once people found out the prince says if there is more fights there will be death for the head of the house.

  • "It fits when such a villain is a guest. I'll not endure him."
  • Romeo is expressing  his feelings for Rosaline. Benvolio is telling Romeo to forget her.
  • "He shall be endured. What , goodman boy! I say he shall. Go to..."
  • The servant comes up to romeo asking if he can read. she handed him an invitation and then he finds out that their is a ball at the Capulet's.
  • "But my true love is grown to such excess..."
  • This is where Romeo and Juliet meet for the first time, and have their kiss. They fell in love shortly after.

  • Tybalt is trying to tell Capulet that Romeo is a Montague and he needs to be killed. Capulet does not believe Tybalt and tells him to treat his guest nicely.
  • Romeo and Juliet meet again and discuss marriage. The next day they meet at 9 to get married by Friar Lawrence. He was hoping that marrying them it would end the feuds of the Montagues and Capulets
