  • Guerrilla warfare was very common.
  • Ugh. What do they want? Well of course they want me to remove the troops from Vietnam but I don't want communism to spread everywhere, should I? Uh, no I'm gonna bring them back now.
  • Most of the time they were just ambushed and patrols were sent out by the U.S. guys and when they were on a convoy they would occasionally get ambushed.
  • We did not like the war very much we protested like mad and it was a public relations disaster.
