  • It is 7:00 am and I have a basketball game at 8:00 p.m.. I think for breakfast today, I will eat two eggs with wheat toast and two pieces of turkey sausage with orange juice to drink. This contains protein and carbs. 
  • At 10:30 a.m, I will eat a cut up mango with a few strawberries and grapes. This contains carbohydrates. 
  • It is 12:30p.m! This means that it is time for lunch. I will get turkey on whole wheat bread, with a mixed vegetable, a fruit cup with water to drink. This has carbs and protein!
  • It is 45 minutes before game time. I will have dried fruit because it contains simple carbs. 
  • It is finally 8:00, which means it is game time!
  • It was a nice win but now that I am home, it is 10:00 p.m. It is very important that I get a recovery meal before I go to bed. I will have Salmon, a baked potato,and mixed medley. I will have gatorade with my meal because it contains carbs.
