Antony, Octavius, and Lepidus decide on who they should kill to avenge Caesar. They also discuss the matter of Brutus and Cassius raising an army.
Cassius wants someone to kill him before the war rages. Brutus convinces him that suicide is a cowards way out and should not be taken.
Brutus is sleepless after hearing that his wife killed herself. While he lies there he sees Caesar's ghost and receives a prophecy. The prophecy is that Brutus will meet Caesar at Philippi.
The rival generals: Cassius, Brutus, Antony, and Octavius meet in the field before the battle and exchange insults and threats.
Brutus and Cassius make their final farewells to one another.
Cassius orders his servent to stab and kill him. He does this because he believes he sent his friend, Tintinius to his death.
