Gamemaker Assignment 2
A rhythm based platforming game using a simple tapping system to control the player. The objective of the game is to complete the level by reaching its end. Only the most skilled players can pass this game as if a player crashes into an obstacle, they will have to start over from the beginning.
The objects in the game consist of The player (cube) and the non player objects (spike, block, jump pad, floor).
The player can be controlled by the up arrow key. The motion is only upwards which is one jump. This is achieved by making the player object check its collision while it is in mid air setting a gravity to come back down the the platform.
