#### Storyboard Text

• Good morning, today few of our selected students would preform a play for us which called Uniform Circular Motion.
• Josh what is a Uniform Circular Motion ?
• haha.. let's go take a trip.
•  A uniform circular motion is the motion of an object traveling at a constant speed in a circular path. Can you point out any uniform circular motion?
• Umm... yes, the Ferris wheels is a uniform circular motion becuase its a circle which shows a motion of a object that travel at a constant speed.
• Now, I'm going to talk about circumfernce. A circumference is the distance a object move with uniform circular motion travels.
• The white circle you got in your hands is a form of a circumference.
• Interesting...
• Centripetal force are all objects that move in a circular motion experience a unique force. An object travels in uniform circular motion because a force called Centripetal force acts to pull the object out of a straight path and into a circular path.
• For example when you swing an object around on a rope, the rope is applying a centripetal force on the object that prevents it from flying off away due to its inertia.
• A centripetal acceleration is when the acceleration experienced by an object undergoing uniform circular motion.
• Ohh, thank you Josh. Your the best big bother ever.
