Albedo is the measure of a surface's effectiveness to reflect radiation. In the atmosphere, there are clouds which are very white and have a high albedo so they are able to reflect a lot of sun. Similarly, the ground has a large number of snow caps near the poles which reflects a large amount of sunlight too

In the atmosphere, a lot of radiation is absorbed by CO2. On the ground the water is one of the major carbon sinks that absorbs and hold more carbon than the atmosphere.

The radiation that reaches Earth is mostly made up of UV rays and visible light while the majority of the rays leaving are infrared. The frequency of incoming vs leaving radiation is from higher to lower (it decreases when leaving) and conversely, the wavelength grows as the waves are leaving earth.
The clouds represent the gas and when there is less gas there is more radiation that is getting reflected away from earth and with more gas more heat gets trapped

When radiation comes in contact with a greenhouse gas it gets absorbed and stays in the atmosphere. This leads to much more heat being trapped in the atmosphere which will increase earths temperature.

Compared to long ago we have begun burning fossil fuels for energy and if the fuel is carbon based it will release carbon. When burning if there is nitrogen nearby then the nitrogen will be oxidized in the process releasing more nitrous oxide. As for methane farms and industrial agriculture release a large amount of methane as the processes are being up-scaled.
During their lifetime cows excrete a large amount of methane and with the amount of farms increasing rapidly the amount of released methane is also scaling at an alarming rate

It, on average takes roughly 100,000 years for it to peak. It has never exceeded 300 parts per million. The increase in carbon in the atmosphere is most certainly caused by the large amount of industrialization we have done. In our attempt to use electricity we needed more effective ways of creating power and we have done this with the help of fossil fuels, carbon based substances, that have been decaying for millions of years. It was a normal process for the Earth to take the sun's radiation and capture a small amount and reflect most of it. This increase in radiation is keeping larger amounts of heat trapped in the atmosphere causing Earth's global temperature to heat up.
