  • Wind is caused by warm air from the land colliding into the cold air at the sea. Warm air is less denser then cold air, so it floats, the cool air stays down. When they meet they spin, this is called a convection cell. The convection cell causes wind.
  • Wind can cause disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclones, and thunderstorms. It causes waves that splash on the land creating a erosion changing the landscapes.
