Patricians are known as the wealthy upper class of ancient rome. We make laws, change laws, watch over the plebeians, and stuff like that. So I guess you could say that we are like the governors of rome. We get to go to the forum take art in the senate and the two mighty leaders of rome are Patricians. We make up only 5% of the population. We live in giant mansions, dress in nice clothes and spend our days in the bath houses relaxing. . .
Plebeians are known as the lower class of ancient rome, we make up about 95% of the population. Our responsibilities are working in the army, taking are of the city, and farming. We do more of the work and the Patricians do more of the sit-around-and-do-nothing. some things we cant do are particapate in the forum, vote, know the laws, and we cant decide thiings about military during times of war!
Women of ancient rome had few rights, cant go into the forum, cant talk with their husbands in public, and they couldnt become important leaders uch as being part of the senate, the consulus, or being one of the two mighty leaders of rome.
Slaves in ancient rome had 0 rights, their responsibilities were to serve their owners. They had to do daily house chores, shop, and sometimes had to teach the children. They couldn't participate in governmental issues, or vote, or have any rights. They were as free as a bird n a birdcage.
The consulus were the chairmen of the senate, they were advisors who did things such as govern the army, they had the highest roman jurdical power. They took part in lawmaking along with the senate. Thats about it!
