  • Treaty’s Main points:War Guilt Clause- The guilt/blame that each nation has to take will be equal to the amount of harm they have done. Reparations- the amount of harm will be the amount of money each nation has to pay, with Germany paying twice of its harm done.Military- massive reduction of the militaryLand- Lost territories; New nations that wereformed: Austria, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, andYugoslaviaPeace keeping- League of Nations (US did notjoin)
  • The Allies = 52% casualty rate and The Central Powers = 57%US = 6.8% casualty rate = 320,000 casualties
  • The Treaty of Versailles - Terms of peace, discussed by representatives from 32 countries. In my opinion, it is fair because Germany has to pay for their actions fairly, but it might be too harsh and lead to revenge. Reasonably fair, but harsh.
