He is going to the desert for the test in which Adam & Eve failed.
Father,here I come to do your favor
It is written,Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the lord
If you are the son of god ,command these stones to become bread.
Jesus left the Jordan river after being baptized and was led to the desert by the Holy Spirit
Jesus got ready to be tempted by the devil and fasted 40 days and nights.
