Mr. Kohnstam and his family live a wealthy life from the riches of his fathers company.
His life is very enjoyable as he paints, spends time with his family, and practices Judaism.
His life gets turned upside down when Hitler's reign and the Nazi rule of Germany begins.
Their life slowly begins falling apart as they are forced to move from their home and into close quaters with other Jews. The situation becomes even worse when they were summoned to a concentration camp.
Instead of following the demands of the Nazis, which would have almost certainly resulted in their death, they decide to flee the country.
Will Mr.Kohnstam be able to defy the odds and outrun the cruel Nazis until the end of the war?
