- Both Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie were shot by Gavrilo Princip on June 28, 1914. This started a chain of events that lead to the start of World War 1.
- Germany declares war on France
- I say we delcare war on France! Im gonna do it and you don't have a say.
- The Lusitania was sunk by a German U-boat. Germans thought it was. a ship containing war materials such as weapons. However, it was a U.K. Passenger boat. 123 Americans died.
- Allied Powers V.s. Central Powers
- Unrestricted submarine warfare was first introduced in early 1915 when Germany declared the areas surrounding the British Isles a war zone. Any ships that entered these areas would be shot illegally by German U=boats.
- Great Britain Declares War on Germany
- Great Britain declared war on our country!!
- On August 3, 1914, Germany declared war on France after realizing that war with Russia also meant they had to call an immediate attack on France through Belgium.

- The Allied Powers were Great Britain, France, and Russia. While the Central powers were Austria-Hungary and Germany.
- Britain declared war on Germany after many years of rivalry on August 4th, 1914. This was because Germany resented Britains control of the world's ocean market.
