  • I can see that you are upset. If you need to go to someone to talk like a counseler or a teacher you can. 
  • May I go  to the counselors office.
  • I am fine! (saying angrily) 
  • Kathrine, you may come in.
  • How so? I am here to help.
  • Well I haven't been me lately.
  • How have you been doing? Your friends and teachers have been worried.
  • When arguments start you can always try to get them off that topic or even walk away in tell there done.
  • To begin, ever since my uncle past my family has been fighting.
  • My brothers are always calling me names and yelling and my mom is barely home.
  • If you need we can even connect you with a mentor. The mentor can give you advice or just talk about random things. Have you tried anything to help with your mental health?
  • And with your brothers it happens I would try to be patient with them. You can even talk to them and tell them it hurts.
  • You should ask your mom why she is always gone. She may have a very good reason.
  • Thank you so much!
  • I listen to music and not depressing music. While I listen to music I usually draw or do yoga. 
  • If you need to talk I am always here. I hoped this helped. 
  • Those are great things to do! I would keep all of those up. I would also hang out with your friends and do fun activities.
