  • Please! I can change!
  • Scrooge is an old man who doesn't believe in Christmas. He underpays his employees, especially Mr. Crachit. When he goes to bed three nights before Christmas he is visited by the ghost of his deceased business partner, Marley, who warns Scrooge of three spirits who will try to save him from the fate that Marley has.
  • Falling Action
  • Just as Marley said, the three ghosts did come, One by one, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future all came and showed Scrooge his Christmas past, present, and future. He also finds out that Mr. Crachit's son Tiny Tim is disabled.
  • Denouement
  • The End
  • The Ghost of Christmas Future showed Scrooge a very distasteful future in which Scrooge died all alone and all his belongings were stolen and sold. He died an unpleasant death and is shown his name on a tombstone to confirm his suspicions that he was the man. Scrooge then swears that he will change and become honorable of Christmas if only the phantom would alter his fate.
  • Scrooge asked the Ghost of Christmas Future to show him a sign that his fate was altered. The phantom then dwindled down into a bed post and Scrooge became so happy that he danced around.
  • Scrooge did as he had said and always honored Christmas in his heart. He treated Tiny Tim as his own son, and gave the Crachits an extreme bonus. He had dinner with his nephew and he lived a long and happy life!
