  • Just an egg, I was in a hurry this morning.
  • Eggs have no carbohydrates! That's what fuels our brains and gives us energy.
  • What food should I eat to make sure I get carbohydrates?
  • Fruits, Grains, Rice, and Vegetables like potatoes and corn all have carbohydrates
  • But--what if you get too much carbohydrates?
  • It causes your body to produce high sugar levels and store the extra sugar as fat. If you get too heavy it could lead to diabetes. So watch what you consume!
  • Wow, eating the food your body actually needs makes a huge difference!
