Before the show begins, turn the last card so it faces the other cards.
When you get on stage, choose a random person in the crowd. Ask him to pick a card and to show it to everybody except the magician.
Don't forget to hide the last card!
Flip the pack of card while the audience is looking at the volunteer's card.
This is misdirection.
After, ask the person to put the card back in the pile.
Finally, explain the crowd that the volunteer's card will be facing up and that the other cards will be facing down.
While you talk, secretly turn the pack of cards so it's in the same direction that the beginning.
Reveal the chosen card and let the audience bewildered.
How did you do that?
