  • Ever since you made that story up about me, everyone is acting different around me. It is like my reputation is ruined.
  • Defamation and Slander(Freedom of Speech)
  • Defamation refers to false statements of fact that harm another's reputation. It encompasses both libel and slander. Libelgenerally refers to written defamation, while slander refers to oral defamation.
  • I really do not know what more you want me to do.
  • Well, you know my first amendment right is not protected because its slander.

  • The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual's religious practices.

  • This "hat" on my head is actually called a kepa. Its is apart of the jewish religion that I follow. You disrespected my relfgion when i have the freedom to believe in whatever religion I want.
