  • Yea ok, I'm sure that a lot of people will want to watch for entertainement
  • wanna play a game of baseball? It is getting very popular these days
  • Ok Scarface im sorry i won't 
  • People in the 1920's thought that it was ok to spend unlimited money on household items, or for leisure, but what they did not take into account is that they have to repay the money that they used. Most of these families could not repay their debt, and this contributed to banks losing money, which in the end contributed to the great depression.
  • Your welcome. It was bought on credit, so I pretty much have unlimited money.
  • Thank you for this new oven. Are you sure it wasn't too expensive?
  • Baseball was very popular entertainment. lots of people during the 1920's went to these games with their families to have fun. During this time was also when Babe Ruth hit 60 home runs in a season.

  • Organized crime was a big part of the roaring 20's, however, this was the more 'dark side'. These violent gangsters extended their illegal activities through the illegal sale of intoxicating beverages. People would come to these gangsters through speakeasies, to get (illegal) alcoholic drinks.
  • Here is another example of the way people thought about spending their credit
  • This is an example of a speakeasy. You go outside and do a specific knock pattern or say a specific set of words, in order for you to be able to enter. In here they would sell illegal alchohol.
  • Cinemas was a very big part in 1920's entertainment. People would go there with their families and enjoy comedy, drama, or horror films together. Of course color movies weren't out yet, but people still enjoyed watching black and white films
