  • Hello, I'm a Banana monster. The writer created me because her favorite fruit is banana. I'm going to teach you about some important ingredients of different kinds of fruits.
  • Dietary fibers : Get rid of obesity, decay, constipation, diabetes, control blood pressure, avoid cancer, and other kinds of illness.
  • Fruits are important for health to intake vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.
  • Vitamins & minerals : Control function of your body.
  • Human can't live without those substance ! (The effects of a deficiency can take a long time) Even a small amount of them can help your body remarkably.
  • Now, I'll introduce some major vitamins & minerals...
  • Vitamin C helps the absorption of iron, prevents cataracts and cancer. You can get it from uncooked fresh fruits, because it's sensitive to heat and dissolves easily in water.
  • Those are the fruits that contains a lot of this vitamins : strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, chestnuts, persimmons and citruses (such as orange and lemons).
  • No.2 Vitamin B group
  • There are 8 kinds of vitamin Bs (such as vitamin B2). They react with metabolism and provide energy. If you don't take enough, you'll feel fatigue easily, so they are very important for athletes!
