  • Do you know what the different compounds are?
  • Yes, They are ionic compounds and covalent compounds.
  • Yes thank you because I had a hard time understanding those.
  • Do you want me to explain them so that you can easily understand what are the differences between them?
  • Okay let’s go.
  • So may I invite you to our house so that I can explain it?
  • Thank you for accepting my invite let’s start the discussion.
  • So Ionic compound is the electrostatic attraction between oppositely charged ions in a chemical molecule forms an ionic bond, also known as an electrovalent bond.
  • Welcome!
  • One or more pairs of valence electrons are shared by these substances. The covalent compound is created when two non-metals react to form an electrically neutral combination.
  • When the valence (outermost) electrons of one atom are permanently transferred to another atom, a bond is formed. And the term "covalent compound" refers to a molecule that is created from a covalent connection.
