Hamilton and Burr go across the Hudson River in separate boats.
Hamilton and Burr greet each other before the duel.
Hamilton gets to fire first. He puts his glasses on as if to get full aim. When he does, it goes above Burr's head and breaks a tree branch. It is unclear whether he tried to shoot in the air or not.
Aaron Burr then shoots and it hits Hamilton right in between his ribs.
Hamilton then leans on a rock for support as the people there rush toward him. Aaron Burr has a face of regret after firing the bullet.
Alexander Hamilton is then put on the boat heading back to New York City, where he sadly died the next day with some of his family by his side.
